STRANGE BIRD was established in 2016, aiming to discover and promote unknown Greek grape varieties. We vinify peculiar and unknown varieties of Greece, with minimal interference throughout the vinification that highlight the unique characteristics of each variety. We are optimist that every year, the wealth of the Greek vineyard will allow us to discover a new "strange bird" for our collection.
